By booking or receiving any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies below.
These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our studio, ensuring a safe, fair, and professional experience for everyone.

I. Appointments & Booking Policy

  1. Appointment Only
    All services are by appointment. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed.

  2. Accurate Booking
    Please select your desired services and add-ons accurately. Complex nail art or skincare sessions require longer time slots.

  3. Deposit Requirement
    Certain services require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

  4. Confirmation & Reminders
    You will receive a confirmation message and reminders. Please verify the time, location, and service details.

  5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
    • Free of charge if canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before your appointment.
    30% service fee applies for changes made within 12 hours.
    • If you rebook within 3 days, your cancellation fee can be redeemed as store credit.
    • Deposits for deposit-required services are non-refundable.

  6. Late Arrival
    Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes. Beyond that, service time may be shortened or treated as a late cancellation.

  7. No-Show Policy
    Clients who fail to appear without notice will be charged 30% of the reserved service amount, excluding deposit.

II. Payments, Prices & Refunds

  1. Accepted Payments
    We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Credit Card payments. Card transactions may incur a small processing fee.

  2. Non-Refundable Services
    All completed services are non-refundable. Please check your results before leaving the studio.

  3. Store Credit
    Store credits are valid for 6 months, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

  4. Price Adjustments
    Prices may vary depending on condition, complexity, and duration. All prices are subject to change without notice.

  5. Chargebacks & Disputes
    Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denial of future appointments.

III. Services, Safety & Aftercare

  1. Service Scope
    We specialize in Japanese gel nails, soft-gel extensions, and K-Beauty facials.

  2. Satisfaction Check
    Please inspect your nails or skin results before leaving. We can make adjustments immediately upon request.

  3. Repair Policy
    For craftsmanship issues only:
    • Gel polish – within 5 days
    • Nail extensions – within 7 days
    Normal wear, breakage, or external damage is not included.

  4. Health Disclosure
    Please inform us of any allergies, infections, open wounds, fungal issues, pregnancy, or relevant medical conditions before your service.

  5. Sanitation & Disinfection
    All tools are properly disinfected and sterilized. Disposable items are used wherever possible.

  6. Product Sensitivity
    We use professional products; however, mild sensitivities or allergic reactions may occur. Inform us immediately if you feel any discomfort.

  7. Right to Refuse Service
    We reserve the right to refuse services that may compromise safety, hygiene, or professional integrity.

  8. Aftercare Responsibility
    The studio is not responsible for issues arising from neglecting aftercare instructions, external damage, or work done by other salons.

IV. Studio Rules & Etiquette

  1. Respectful Environment
    Please maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere at all times.

  2. Guests & Children
    Due to limited space, please avoid bringing extra guests or unsupervised children.

  3. Pets
    Only trained and certified service animals are allowed inside the studio.

  4. Personal Belongings
    Beauty by Holiday is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

  5. Food & Drinks
    To maintain hygiene, please refrain from eating or bringing strong-smelling food into the studio.

  6. Phone Etiquette
    Kindly silence your devices and speak softly to preserve a relaxing atmosphere.

V. Photos, Promotions & Privacy

  1. Photography Consent
    We may photograph or film finished works for our portfolio or social media. Faces will not be shown without explicit consent.

  2. Privacy & Data
    Your personal information is used solely for appointment and communication purposes and will remain confidential.

  3. Promotions & Gift Cards
    Gift cards, packages, and store credits are non-refundable and valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated.

  4. Third-Party Platforms
    We use secure third-party booking and payment processors compliant with U.S. privacy standards.

VI. Legal Disclaimer & Liability

  1. Service Risks
    You acknowledge that nail and skincare services carry minimal inherent risks such as mild irritation or sensitivity.

  2. Limitation of Liability
    Beauty by Holiday shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any service.

  3. Force Majeure
    We are not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages, emergencies).

  4. Dispute Resolution
    All disputes shall be governed by and resolved under the laws of the State of New Jersey.

  5. Policy Updates
    Policies may be revised periodically without notice. The most recent version will always be published on our website.

VII. Additional Legal Protections

  1. Client Medical Consent (Facials)
    All skincare services are cosmetic and non-medical. Beauty by Holiday does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
    You confirm that you are fit to receive treatments and have disclosed relevant conditions (e.g., retinoid use, chemical peels, laser treatments, sunburn, pregnancy).

  2. Photography Rights & Intellectual Property
    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photos and videos of completed works remain part of the studio’s professional portfolio.
    Copyright belongs to Beauty by Holiday and may be used for non-identifiable promotional purposes only.

  3. Insurance & Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beauty by Holiday and its staff from any claims, losses, or costs arising from:
    (a) violation of these policies;
    (b) failure to disclose relevant health information; or
    (c) misuse or aftercare neglect contrary to provided instructions.
